The Chronicles of Zippy
So you know about dog toast, right?
Well, my friends, let me tell you what happened the other day. An entire omelet fell on the floor.
Oh, yes, you heard right. An overcooked delight of egg and cheese and a few veggies was being plopped into the trash (seeing as how my folks seem to be particular enough not to eat something unless it is cooked to perfection, but not particular enough to actually watch the food to ensure such an outcome), and it missed its target. Plop.
And we did not even notice. Until it had cooled down enough to be slurped up. Timing is everything.
Although a side of dog toast would have made it even better.
